In 1982, Ken co-founded what began as Lomaglio Associates alongside his father, Al Lomaglio, building the company on a foundation of personal relationships, exceptional customer service and attention to detail.

For more than two decades, father and son worked together, growing the business and earning the trust of museums, cultural institutions, corporations, and organizations across the country. After Al retired in 2005, Ken oversaw the company’s evolution into Custom Design & Manufacture Corp., expanding its capabilities while preserving the same family values established from the beginning.

With over 40 years of experience, Ken specializes in turning ideas into meaningful custom products — combining creative problem-solving, manufacturing expertise, and a commitment to long-term partnerships.

Kristina Feasey

Third Generation / Custom Product Development

Kristina joined custom design in 2024 to continue the company’s family legacy, helping clients develop custom merchandise programs from concept through sourcing, production, and delivery. Kristina brings a background in project management, business strategy, and customer-focused solutions.

As the next generation of Custom Design & Manufacture Corp., Kristina combines the company’s 40+ year tradition of personalized service with a modern approach to product development and client partnerships.
